TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Eurovisa (hereinafter: “Platform”), operated by Eurowork agency, headquartered at Ulica Mirka Kleščića 7, registered with the competent authority under registration number [to be inserted]. By using this Platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform.

1. Definitions

Platform: Website, mobile app, and other digital services operated by Eurowork agency to connect employers and job seekers.
User: Any natural or legal person accessing or using the Platform, including both employers and job seekers.
Employer: A person or company registered to post jobs, search for candidates, or perform similar employment-related actions.
Job Seeker: An individual using the Platform to search for jobs, internships, freelance work, etc.
Content: Any text, images, files, CVs, comments, messages, or other material posted or transmitted via the Platform by Users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. All changes take effect once published on the Platform. For major changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent message. Continued use after any changes means you accept them.

3. Platform Services

The Platform allows Employers to post job ads, receive applications, and search user profiles. Job Seekers can view ads, apply for jobs, and edit their resumes.
Additional services may include career counseling, analytics, candidate screening, advertising, and other features.
We do not guarantee that anyone will get hired or find a job—employment decisions are the responsibility of the parties involved.

4. User Registration

Some features require a user account, which must contain accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us at info@eurovisa.hr.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if the Terms or laws are violated.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with laws and use the Platform responsibly. Misuse or interference with other users is prohibited.
Users may not post false, offensive, discriminatory, explicit, or misleading content, nor collect data unlawfully.
Each user is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for ensuring their job ads comply with laws and regulations.
Ads must be honest and not misleading. Posting fake jobs or false conditions is prohibited.
The Platform is not responsible for the legal content or execution of any contract between the parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by Eurowork agency or its partners.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for employment-related purposes.
By posting content, users grant the Platform the right to use and promote it as part of Platform services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
Users must protect any personal data they access and act in accordance with data protection laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Platform is provided “as is” and without warranty.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of content, nor uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for technical issues, damage, or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

Eurowork agency shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit or data.
Total liability is limited to the amount (if any) paid by the user in the three months before the incident.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Eurowork agency and related parties from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from:
• Misuse of the Platform
• Content that infringes others’ rights
• Violation of Terms or law

12. Termination

Users may request account deletion at any time via info@eurovisa.hr.
We may suspend or block users at our discretion and without notice.
Provisions regarding liability and data remain in effect after account closure.

13. Platform Modifications

We may modify or suspend any part of the Platform without notice. We are not responsible for any resulting damage or loss.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Croatian law.
The competent court for any dispute is the Municipal Court in Samobor, Obrtnička ul. 2.

15. Miscellaneous

If any part of the Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
Failure to enforce rights does not waive them.
Users may not transfer rights without written consent.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.
