- You have not completed the job application process.
- You have experienced a technical error on our platform that prevented you from utilizing our services.
- You make a refund request within 24 hours of your initial payment.
2. Non-Refundable Fees Please note that fees related to job matching or listings that have been fulfilled are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, amounts paid for services that have already been utilized.
